This recipe packs a punch of lemon flavour, using Nielsen Citrus' Frozen Bakers Lemon Puree Concentrate.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
2 tsp Froz'n Bakers Lemon Puree Concentrate #19004
1 pinch of salt
Approx. 1/8 -1/4 c water for desired thickness
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon puree, salt and water together
Add butter and cook over medium low heat until curd thickens
remove from heat and add vanilla
strain curd and store in a container with lid until fully chilled and set approx. 2 hours
